I was happy that the computer was delivered fast. My previous puchases from other Amazon vendors took very long. The computer is light and beautiful like everything that Samsung makes. It works fine except for the DVD/CD slot that gets stuck and needs to be pressed a few times before it opens. I have not seen that problem before in my several Sony computers.
