I agree with the other reviewer about the fan cooler problem. I have owned this netbook since October. I started experiencing problems with the fan in December. I sent the computer in for repairs and am experiencing the same problem again. I own/ have owned 2 other VAIO's and love Sony products, but this one is turning into a huge disappointment.
