The more my eight year old daughter tries to enjoy her Netbook, the more she is disappointed. Most children her age are using computers on a daily basis for school work, however, enjoyment is also another reason kids use computers. If your child likes Webkinz or Jumpstart, you will soon be disappointed that their use in these websites is "unavailable". If you try reaching Acer technical support, be prepared to fork out more money just to receive information to help you with these challenges. I do not know if I need additional drivers or a different graphic card. In the meantime, I have a very disappointed child along with a disatisfied customer.
