I have been using this computer for about a month and have been extremely pleased with it. The only thing that i am able to complain about is the keyboard. For me it is very hard to get used to. But with time just maybe i will. Everything else is perfect. I have the XP operating system and am please with how it works and the speed of it. The packing and delivery from Amazon was excellent. Much better than i have excepted. Customer service from Samsung was great. The price of the net book from Amazon was acceptable and their service was very good, as always.
