I bought the note books and the control with the built in mouse was bad from the start. I bought the recommended the memory expansion and there are no instructions about how to install it (from Amazon). It crashes regularly. I can't get the built in web cam to work and there doesn't seem to be a way to to use it. It does everything bad a computer can do. HP loaded some sort of cloud screen which is just a gimmick to get you to spend more money.
Don't buy this computer!!!!!Get more detail about HP Mini 210-1010NR 10.1-Inch Black Netbook - 4.25 Hours of Battery Life.
