after being on the sony support for almost an hour, still there was no solution. i called amazon & i'm sending it back to get a full refund. amazon customer is really the best! but very frustrated about this purchase. we've always loved vaios. all our laptops & pc are vaio. this was the first time that we had a problem. i would really like to love this laptop as it is perfect size for me, beautiful & light. everything is perfect except for that internet problem. why would you want to have a netbook but could not access wifi internet? so yeah it's going back today and i'm looking into another one. i still want a netbook though so i am not sure which model to buy. need to do more research i guess.Get more detail about Sony VAIO VPC-W211AX/P 10-Inch Pink Netbook - Up to 8 Hours of Battery Life.
