Samsung N150 10.1-Inch Black Netbook - Up to 7 Hours of Battery Life Order Now

I'm sitting in an internet cafe in London, UK. I bought this netbook specifically for my 30-day Eurotrip. This morning, this netbook failed to connect wirelessly at THREE DIFFERENT HOTSPOTS near Waterloo and Bridge area. To my dismay, I noticed other customers had no such problem.

Since wireless is crap, this netbook is practically worthless. Adding to the problem is its dismal performance. New CPU, yes, but why is it slower than my 5-year old IBM laptop? Letters get omitted very frequently when I type because the netbook apparently can't handle my type speed. It lags all the time and starting Skype takes forever. God this is slow.

I don't like the touchpad, either. It likes to left-click by itself all the time so you are essentially clicking on stuff you never intended to (I noticed this problem in prior Samsung netbooks, and is still unfixed). Sometimes it gets locked up in left click mode and you have to wait 5 seconds for it to unfreeze before you can get it to snap out of it. Keyboard is also very unresponsive (laggy) and you have to press down REALLY hard. This is year 2010. What the hell is going on here.

It comes with Windows 7 Starter, a crippleware that doesn't even let you change the background. Also the netbook spends about two hours installing a load of bloatware. It also comes with a small 160GB hard drive and you have to partition it right away for backup purposes. Also it lets you choose your language from English/French/Spanish. All of this is irreversible, it says. Thank you, Samsung.

Also I should mention the battery life is variable. On my second recharge this netbook lasted less than 5 hours, and shut down with 6% power left (20 minutes). 20 minutes is a lot if you ask me and it should NOT shut down when you've lost your traveling party and you are trying to look up your hotel online.
